With the Golden State Warriors’ season on the line, Buddy Hield delivered when it mattered most.
Hield had not only his best game of the season, but the best game of his NBA postseason career in the Warriors’ 103-89 win over the Houston Rockets last night at the Toyota Center in, Houston.
Hield finished with 33 points, shot 12-15 from the field, 9-12 from three point range.

The 33 points, a season high and playoff career high.
Houston had been running an effective box and one like zone for much of the series and the Warriors found the answer in the most obvious place.
Hield shot 6-7 from three en route to 22 first half points and a 12 point Warriors lead.
Over the course of Hield’s first eight seasons, he made six postseason threes, he made 18 threes in the series against the Rockets.
