Team Bahamas hosts window three of the FIBA Americup Qualifiers in a week, and today we learned the team that will represent the country on home soil.
The roster includes several players with professional experience currently playing in international leagues and three making their senior national team debuts.
The guards are Garvin Clarke Jr, Franco Miller Jr, Domnick Bridgewater, Radshad Davis, Godfrey Rolle III, and Eron Gordon.
The frontcourt includes Kino Burrows, Sammy Hunter, Kentwan Smith, Tavrio Miller, Kenny Isnord, Lathaniel Bastian, and Dylan Musgrove.
Players are scheduled to arrive on Monday and federation executives are optimistic about the performance they expect in front of the home crowd.
Game one will be against Cuba, February 20 at 8:40 pm, followed by game two against the United States on, February 23 at 7:10 pm.
Team USA will be headlined by former nba vets Norris Cole, Robert Covington, and John Jenkins.
