Recently certified as a FIFA match official, Evens Julmis had an opportunity to learn from the top officials in the region.
Julmis was one of several new officials to attend the CONCACAF refereeing, a seminar in Costa Rica
The event brought together prospective and experienced referees alongside technical and fitness instructors.
Both theoretical and practical sessions gave the prospective referees high-level training for their development.
It is also meant to prepare them for upcoming tournaments such as the concacaf nations league final four, the champions cup and the gold cup.
