Deyton Albury Continues Strong Play Against UNLV

Deyton Albury has had seamless transition to the Utah State Aggies starting lineup and responded with a season high scoring night.

Albury scored 16 points to lead the Aggies to a 76-71 over UNLV last night at the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum in Utah.

Utah State improved to 19-2, 9-1 in the Mountain West standings to lead the conference.

Albury led five Aggies in double-figures.

He scored 11 of his 16 in the second half and shot an efficient 6-9 from the field.

He also led the team with three steals, five rebounds, and two assists in 21 minutes.

Since moving to the starting lineup, the senior guard has increased his average to 6.4 points per game.

Utah State is now tied with New Mexico in the Mountain West, and the two teams will face off saturday night in Utah.
