An all Pac 12 match up, which will put one of these teams as the front runner. With USC putting the Josh Shaw incident behind them lets see how they do when they face a very disipline old fashion smash mouth football team in the Cardinal.

7 Michigan State at 3 Oregon 6:30 PM EST FOX

10thYearSeniors game of the week – This can be a potential Rose Bowl match up with these BIG 10 and PAC 12 powerhouses facing off in week 2. Look for the spartans to slow down the ducks high octane offense. As we know it, defense wins championships.

After the whooping South Carolina took, don’t be surprised if and upset special happens here. ECU is bringing back a veteran roster of upperclassmen and we know what happened to Carolina last week.

Michigan at 16 Notre Dame 7:30 PM EST NBC

Oh how revenge was sweet for the Wolverines waiting 6 years to beat Appalachian State in the Big House. Brian Kelly looks to have his offense rolling as they play under the lights in Notre Dame. Michigan will have an uphill battle in this game.

BYU at Texas 7:30 PM EST Fox Sports 1

Last year BYU ran for over 500 yards against the Longhorns, and Charlie Strong needs to be careful that it doesn’t happen again.

Virginia Tech at 8 Ohio State 8:00 PM EST ESPN
